Wind Dollars – At WCB we value our Team Member’s daily contributions. Through our Wind Dollar Program, Team Members earn internal currency when they go above and beyond. Wind Dollars earned are then redeemed for logo apparel, merchandise, gift cards and more!

  Best of the Best – A Team Member Quarterly Recognition program that recognizes Team Members who embody our Values. Through this program, Team Members have the opportunity to nominate their peers who deliver outstanding service or exhibit exceptional, positive behaviors to our Guests and Team Members. 4 Team Members per quarter are awarded $500 and have the chance at $10,000!

  Moment – At WCB, we are all about creating exciting Moments for our Guests. The Moment program allows our Guests the opportunity to recognize Team Members who create these Moments. Team Members who receive positive feedback from our Guests are eligible for monthly prizes, quarterly raffle drawings, and more!
